As part of the so-called "Crypto4Winners" case, the Luxembourg prosecutor's office confirms that an investigation has been opened on charges of fraud and money laundering, and in this context, searches have been conducted, and two individuals, after being charged, have been placed in custody by the investigating judge in charge of the case.
The facts in question concern the Crypto4Winners cryptocurrency exchange platform, which advertised significant returns to attract investors.
